Fried Rice Loco Moco
Umami realizes now that is actually a combination of two of his favorite comfort foods: Fried Rice with Eggs Over Easy and Hamburger Steak with Brown Gravy. The memories of childhood had him swooning . . . and then the lunch had him ready for a nap. $7.45 for the whole extravaganza.Interesting note: There is some attention to seasoning here . . . the gravy had a bay leaf in it!
