Umami Super Bowl Food

Umami believes you don't need an expansive Super Bowl spread if you have the one perfect food executed to perfection.  To wit:

Chili Dog -
Because Sometimes, You Get What You Need 

Chili Dog.  Hebrew National Beef Franks.  Chili Mix Chili.  Mozarella and Cheddar Cheeses.  Onion.  Tabasco.  Beer (off-camera, but you know it's there).  Good stuff.  Too bad the game was crappy.  Bruno Mars, however, was awesome - great show - look for it on YouTube.
