Moena Cafe Corned Beef Hash

Lazy Saturday, but Umami was inspired to get up and out for breakfast at Moena Cafe.  Was reasonably sure that Elle would be game, since Moena is one of Elle's faves for breakfast.

Corned Beef Hash

Plenty of tempting menu items, but the girls at the next table had the Corned Beef Hash ($12.50) and it looked too good to pass up.  It's a huge portion of diced corned beef, potato, onion and comes with two any style eggs.  Enough for two actually.   Maybe enough for two breakfasts for two, with some toast.

Good stuff.
