Oyster Shooters

$10 gets you four of these little guys.  Oyster, quail egg, cocktail sauce, tobiko, green onion.  Umami likes his oyster shooters, but was concerned about the egg.  Not to worry, it added some richness to the whole enterprise.  For those of you who don't like oysters because they're slimy, well, a cold raw egg probably isn't going to change your mind.  But fun if you're a fan.
