Curry Potatoes with Greek Yogurt and Dill


Diced some potatoes and onions, cooked with a little butter.  Added salt and curry powder (could have used a lot more salt, but then Umami has a bit of a salt tooth).  Mixed some dill into the yogurt and topped the potatoes.  The yogurt is a little sweet, so, definitely, more salt on the potatoes!
